Return Process

  Log into your Medtechlife account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or send out your exchange.
